Day Two
Session 6:
Teams are given a clear brief as to what they need to achieve and a timeline. This includes:
- When they will be required to present their dining experience to the judge
- When customers will be calling their reception desk- (right person on the front desk and ready to deliver the experience for this vital touch point)
- When customers will be arriving at the restaurant (right person another vital touch point i.e. greeting and being seated, distributing menus and taking drinks orders)
Session 7:
- Teams will present their dining experience to the judge. Presentation skills and the creativity of the presentation will be vital (once again best team members for the job) they can use power point, live demos etc
- Teams will need to take questions from the judge
- Winner found – prizes awarded
